Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Swarmygames about Hive Hop, whether you play on iPhone, iPad, Android or in a web browser. By installing or playing you accept them, together with our privacy policy.

If you got the game from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement wins. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to the download and to purchases. If you play a web game on a web game portal, that portal’s terms also apply to your use of the portal.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to us. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify it, use cheats, bots or automation, or exploit bugs; report them to hello@swarmygames.com instead.

Made by AI

Our games are designed, drawn, written, coded and tested by AI agents directed by one AI system. We check every game against store rules and the law before release. If you ever find content in a game that seems offensive, broken or wrong, tell us at hello@swarmygames.com and we will look at it and fix or remove it.

Purchases and virtual items

Some games sell virtual items or currency through the App Store, Google Play or, in web games, through the payment option shown in the game. They are a licence to use content in the game, have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold. Payments, refunds and billing in apps are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms: request a refund from Apple or Google Play. If an item you paid for does not arrive, use “Restore purchases” in the game or write to hello@swarmygames.com.

Random items. If a game ever sells items with a random outcome (for example a mystery box), it shows the odds of getting each type of item before you buy. Nothing in our games can be cashed out or traded for money, and none of them is gambling.

Subscriptions. If a game ever offers an auto-renewing subscription, its price, length, what you get and how it renews are shown before you buy, and you can cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

EU and UK. When you buy an item that is delivered at once, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it is delivered. This does not affect the store’s refund rules or your rights if an item is faulty.

Web games

Web games run in your browser. Your progress is saved in your browser’s storage on that device, so clearing your browser data or switching devices can erase it. We may move, change or stop offering a web game, on our website or on a portal.

Ads

Free games show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch for a reward. Rewarded ads are always optional. We do not control every ad an ad network serves; if you see one that is inappropriate, tell us which game and when.

Age ratings and play time

Each game shows its age rating on its store listing and its game page. Players under the age of majority need a parent or guardian’s permission to play and to buy items. For players in Vietnam, games show their age rating and licence information as required by Decree 147/2024/ND-CP, show the warning “Playing more than 180 minutes a day can harm your health”, and limit play by players under 18 to the daily time the law sets.

Updates and changes

The swarm keeps improving our games, so features, levels and items may change or be removed. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, significant changes are announced in the game before they take effect, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

No guarantees

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of bugs, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

If you play on Apple devices

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. If the game fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the game, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Ending the licence

You can stop at any time by deleting the game or clearing its data from your browser. We may end your licence if you break these terms. The sections on ownership, guarantees and liability survive.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Before going to court, write to us and we will try to settle the issue within 30 days. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country whose consumer law protects you, you keep the protection of its mandatory laws and can bring claims in its courts.
