The story
Grandpa has kept a small koi pond in the family garden for forty years. Now he has moved to the cool hills of Da Lat, and the pond is yours: three little koi, a chatty green frog named Cốm, and one piece of advice. “Raising fish is raising patience. A koi loved long enough will one day leap the Dragon Gate.”
Touch the water and it ripples. Rain taps on the surface, lanterns glow when night falls, and every fish swims and grows in its own way. A letter from Grandpa arrives every week, and each one opens something new.
